A case of non-cognisable offence has been registered against controversial Bollywood actor Aditya Pancholi at Versova police station in Mumbai after he allegedly used profanity and abusive language against a car dealer over a financial dispute and also threatened to kill him.
The complainant was identified as a car mechanic named Moshin Kadar Rajapkar and in his written complaint, he stated that the Yes Boss actor on March 10, 2017, had asked him to come to his residence for the purpose of his car’s servicing. He claimed that since they knew each other personally since a very long time, on May 18 the same year, he checked his car which wasn’t working at all so he took it to a service centre at Juhu.
However, the maintenance couldn’t be carried out on account of the lack of some equipment so he had to transport the Land Cruiser to Delhi. In February 2018, the car was transported back to Mumbai and the cost of it all came to be around Rs 2 lakh and 80 thousand.

As per the police, further investigation into the matter is underway. On being interrogated about the allegations, the accused actor had to say that they are false. “I have made all the payments and I have bank statements, in fact, he kept my car for one year for no reason.”
