Oscar-winning writer of the 2014 film ‘Birdman’, Alexander Dinelaris was also invited as a special guest for the launch. Extremely excited Boman said, “By inviting celebrated writer Alexander Dinelaris to launch my production house and making him share his experience with us is just a first step towards the big aim.”
Irani decided to celebrate the launch in a very unique way so he invited Dinelaris for a day-long screenwriting workshop and writers, directors and students from filmmaking schools also attended the workshop.
The actor has written and directed his next film, that’s when he decided to produce it too. Talking about turning to the production he said, “Turning producer was not on my mind but once I finished then I wanted to do the best I could for it so decided to produce and direct it myself.”
In a statement given to IANS Boman said, “We are an ever-evolving industry and there is a lot that is changing in the world of cinema as we speak. I just want to make sure that foundation on which this industry is built gets stronger every day,”
