Shah Rukh Khan did not find it necessary to try other genres. He was labelled as a romantic hero. But then this was the biggest setback of his life. Yes! we can call this is as Shah Rukh Khan’s biggest mistake of his life. He is in his 50’s and he is still romancing actresses younger to him on screen. Now, fans do not accept him in this avatar anymore. Shah Rukh Khan did not take up roles as per his age. Like if you look at the other superstars like Akshay Kumar, he has started doing just social films, Aamir Khan is also taking up films that suit his age and Salman Khan has switched to action. It is just SRK who is stuck with his old school romance and the result of which is his failing movies at the box office. His fandom is fading slowly. Just look at his films, Happy New Year. Dilwaale, Fan, Dear Zindagi and Jab Harry Met Sejal, these films disappointed SRK fans a lot. Well, he did try to jump to another genre by doing the film Raees, but fans just could relate with him as they just had the image of a lover boy. And hence this film couldn’t win maximum hearts as well. Looking at the current scenario, we can say that Shah Rukh Khan will soon fade away from the industry.
